In 2014, a mother of two stood in her kitchen with a question: What if the warmth of Vietnamese pho could meet the depth of Korean flavours?

What followed wasn't a shortcut. It was thousands of hours of simmering, tasting, adjusting. Holidays sacrificed. Recipes rewritten again and again, until every bowl carried her soul.

Now her son continues the legacy. With hospitality instincts sharpened across Australia, New Zealand, Korea and an engineer's mind bringing structure and consistency to every serve, nothing is left to chance.
